A Sistership Circle is a guided women’s gathering rooted in connection, authenticity, and shared presence. Each circle creates a safe, supportive space where women can slow down, be witnessed without judgment, and reconnect with themselves in community.

While there is often a gentle structure or intention for the evening, what unfolds is always shaped by the women in the room. We may include grounding practices, guided reflection, sharing, nervous system support tools, or simple moments of stillness and connection.

No two circles are ever exactly alike because each woman brings her own wisdom, presence, and medicine into the space.
