Through guided reflection, sharing, and gentle ritual, we’ll honor this turning point in the year and reclaim what freedom truly means for each of us.

February Sistership Circle: Heart Chakra Balancing
February invites us to turn inward and tend to the heart — not by pushing it open, but by gently restoring balance, rhythm, and safety.Â
Rather than fixing or releasing, we’ll focus on bringing the heart back into harmony — cultivating compassion with boundaries, listening to the wisdom of the heart without self-abandonment, and allowing the nervous system to support deeper, more authentic connection.
The evening will include HeartMath®-inspired coherence practices, gentle grounding and heart-centered embodiment, sound bowl integration for nervous system regulation, and a choice-based heart ritual using crystals, breath or reflection. Spacious sharing within a supportive sisterhood container allows each woman to be seen, heard and held.
Come as you are. All materials will be provided, with an optional invitation to bring a small object that represents what nourishes your heart.

Arrival & Sacred Space Policy
Our Sistership Circle will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in and be fully present. Out of respect for the sacred container we are creating together, there will be no late admittance once the circle has begun.

All sales for Sistership Circle events are final. We do not offer refunds. Your registration is a commitment to yourself and the circle. Please honor your space with intention.
